Aligned with the guidance and instruction provided by the Business Development Director, the role involves conducting research, identifying and analysing sales leads, as well as generating and qualifying sales in a variety of territories, markets, and market segments to support Sphering Group Companies in enhancing their sales performance. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training on the company’s products and job requirements, with a clear career progression plan aiming towards becoming a market analyst or business development manager within the Group, or taking on roles such as key account manager, area manager, or sales manager within one of the Group’s companies, depending on their advancement.
